My name is Ashanti Smith

I suffers from an extremely rare genetic
condition called Hutchinson Gilford Progeria Syndrome, also known as HGPS or Progeria.
My mummy is trying to raise money so i can have a wheelchair which is completely adapted to my needs and size.
We are also doing a sponsored Walk to help raise as much as possible. Anymore left over money will be given to the Progeria Research
